Brushing your grill doesn't count...

We hear a lot people say that they clean their grill after every use. Usually they mean, they just brush the grates. This is a great start and will certainly help. Despite this, the clients complain that their grill isn't cooking like it used to or they're are getting lots of flare ups.  That's because brushing your grill doesn't count as cleaning.
